After completing a business degree I decided to branch out into something a bit different!

I've been painting since the age of 17, but only started seriously around one year ago.

I mainly paint with acrylics, but also work with watercolour and pencil. I tend to use a broad range of subjects, preferably natural (landscapes, people and animals). I've gained inspiration from many sources including magazines and newspapers.

I enjoy amalgamating different pictures or scenes in order to construct the look that you see in a lot of my work, gaining a lot of inspiration for this from the surrealist movement - with my favourites being Dali and Magritte. I love the dreamscape look.

New challenges and inspiration are something that I'm currently looking towards and would be happy to discuss what you wanted.
